At Loosid Sober Shop, we want you to wear your sobriety with pride and complete confidence. If your purchase doesn't fit or feel quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn apparel.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box of your choice.

Label and Ship

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Refund Processing

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
